Who we are

Do It Digital (did.) is a B2B go-to-market agency based in Larnaca, Cyprus. This policy explains what personal data we collect when you use our website or get in touch, how we use it, and the rights you have over it. For the purposes of data protection law, including the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR), Do It Digital is the data controller.

What we collect

We only collect what we need. That falls into two groups.

Information you give us. When you book a call, email us, or otherwise reach out, we collect details such as your name, email address, phone number, company, and anything you choose to tell us about your business.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the site we collect standard usage data such as your approximate location, device and browser type, the pages you view, and how you arrived. Some of this is collected through cookies and similar technologies, which we explain in our cookie policy.

How we use your data

We use personal data to:

• respond to your enquiry and arrange a call,
• provide, run and improve our services and our website,
• send communications you have asked for, and occasional updates where we are allowed to,
• keep our site and business secure, and meet our legal and accounting obligations.

Under the GDPR, we rely on the following legal bases: your consent, our legitimate interest in running and growing the business, the performance of a contract with you, and compliance with legal obligations.

Who we share it with

We do not sell your personal data. We share it only with the service providers who help us operate, such as our hosting, analytics, scheduling and email tools, and only so they can perform those services for us. We may also disclose data where the law requires it, or to protect our rights. Any provider we use is bound to handle your data securely and only on our instructions.

International transfers

Some of our providers may process data outside the European Economic Area. Where they do, we rely on appropriate safeguards, such as the European Commission's standard contractual clauses, so your data keeps an equivalent level of protection.

How long we keep it

We keep personal data only for as long as we need it for the purpose we collected it, or for as long as the law requires. When we no longer need it, we delete it or anonymise it.

Your rights

Subject to the law, you have the right to access the personal data we hold about you, to have it corrected or deleted, to restrict or object to how we use it, to receive it in a portable format, and to withdraw consent at any time. To exercise any of these, email brand@doitdigital.agency and we will respond within the time the law allows.

If you are in the EU and believe we have not handled your data properly, you can also complain to the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection in Cyprus, or to your local supervisory authority.

Security

We take reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your data. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, so we cannot guarantee absolute security, but we work to keep your data safe and to act quickly if anything goes wrong.

Children

Our website and services are aimed at businesses and are not directed at children under 16. We do not knowingly collect data from children.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy from time to time. When we do, we will change the date at the top of this page. If the change is significant, we will make that clear.
